This time, I'm super excited to share my recent treatment experience at ZAP Living World Grand Wisata. I know many of you might be wondering, "Why does she love ZAP so much?" Honestly, there are so many reasons why I keep going back, and today, I'm finally spilling all the tea!

My visit kicked off at the bright, modern ZAP Clinic in Living World Grand Wisata. From the moment I walked in, I was just blown away by their amazing hospitality! The reception area was so inviting, with its clean design and genuinely friendly staff.
I was warmly greeted and helped with my check-in, which immediately put me at ease. It's clear that ZAP truly prioritizes a comfortable and spotless environment for their clients, and their exceptional service shines through.
Why ZAP is My Skincare Obsession:
There are three main reasons ZAP remains my go-to skincare spot:
* Friendly and Super Informative Service: Every single person there, from the front desk to the nurses and doctors, is incredibly welcoming and always ready to give clear, helpful information.
* Top-Notch, Spotlessly Clean Equipment: As you can see in my photos, ZAP is decked out with state-of-the-art tools like a facial skin analyzer, a moisture reader, and other advanced devices. Everything is absolutely pristine, which is crucial for a clinic, right?
* Expert Care from Nurses and Doctors: I always feel completely safe and confident knowing that experienced professionals are taking care of my skin.
My Consultation with Dokter Tia: Tailored to My Skin's Needs!
For this particular treatment, I had the pleasure of being treated by the wonderful Dokter Tia. She's fantastic! She meticulously explained my skin's current condition, pointing out its sensitivity, uneven tone, larger pores, blackheads, and even the appearance of fine lines.
What really surprised me (and gave me a little chuckle!) was when she said my skin's "age" was 46 years old! Gah, looks like I really need to double down on my efforts to stay "forever young"! 🥲
I'd initially booked the Photo Facial Acne treatment. However, after carefully assessing my skin, Dokter Tia wisely suggested we switch to the Photo Facial Glow instead, since my skin wasn't being too "fussy" this time.
This flexibility and personalized recommendation really impressed me. For future visits, she also advised that I could combine the blackhead extraction facial with either the Photo Facial Glow or Acne, depending on what my skin needed.
The Treatment Room & Process: My Journey to Glow!
The treatment room itself was immaculate and perfectly equipped, featuring a comfy treatment bed and what looked like some serious aesthetic machinery.
As always, my face was thoroughly cleansed with a facial wash and then treated with an oxy infusion. This first step always leaves my skin feeling so fresh and ready.
Next, as you can see in one of the photos, my face received laser toning. This laser works to even out skin tone, reduce fine wrinkles, minimize pores, and improve overall skin texture. It's a quick and relatively painless process.
Following that, the treatment continued with Alma Beauty Rejuvenation. This step is designed to brighten the skin, enhance texture, and reduce redness and pigmentation. It's truly a powerful combination for achieving that radiant look.
For me, someone who's had Photo Facial Glow several times, this is honestly the easiest way to get bright, plump, and healthy skin with almost no downtime. As you can clearly see in my post-treatment photos, my face immediately looked brighter and cleaner!
Discovering a New Gem: Biospicule Rejuvenation Shot!
Oh, and I just realized ZAP has a brand-new product! It's called the Biospicule Rejuvenation Shot. The lovely staff member explained that this product has a unique ingredient: natural needles coated with exosome.
This means all the amazing benefits of exosome—like improving skin texture, brightening, stimulating new cell growth, and repairing the skin barrier—can be felt almost instantly.
When I tried it, there was indeed a tingling sensation on my skin, but it was surprisingly soothing. For me, that little "tingle" was totally bearable. Maybe I'll do a dedicated review on this product next time! 😄

All in all, my experience with the Photo Facial Glow treatment at ZAP Clinic, especially at their Living World Grand Wisata branch, was absolutely fantastic. The professional and incredibly hospitable staff, the clean and modern facility, and the effective treatment made it a truly worthwhile visit.
